At Ultimate Jewelers we stand behind the quality of fine Jewelry that we sell.
We have 30 Days Money back Guarantee on all items ordered and received by mail for any reason excluding Buyer's negligence or regret.
Customers are liable for all shipping and handling charges while returning any merchandise for credit or repairs.
However no merchandise will be accepted for return without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number issued by our management.
If you have an appraisal done in the United States, it must be done by an Independent appraiser (one who does not buy or sell jewelry or precious stones).
If we are within one color or one clarity grade of a stateside appraisal, we are within accepted standards as set forth by GIA and the FTC.
Ultimate Jewelers will at anytime upgrade any item of jewelry purchased from them and will apply full purchased value towards the upgrade under the following conditions:
1. Original receipt must be provided.
2. Purchased items must be in good condition.
3. If purchased items are not in good condition then a percentage of 10%-50% will be deducted from the original purchase price.
All watches sold have a limited warranty from the original manufacturer and not the seller.
